The best digital infrastructure tends to flow to the biggest campaigns. Everyone else gets a generic website builder and a YouTube tutorial on FEC disclaimers. Donations always flow through the campaign's own processor. Electbase is a pipe, not a processor — your funds, your compliance, your control.

Electbase is built by BlueList AI LLC, a Democratic political data and technology firm. BlueList focuses on the data and intelligence behind winning races; Electbase is the action layer — the tools a campaign uses to show up online and reach voters. Same values, two ways of helping you win.

The founder
Robb Vaules has been the candidate.
In 2022, Robb ran for the Scottsdale Unified School District Governing Board. He knocked on doors, sat for candidate interviews, stood up for special education families and LGBTQ students against a wave of book-ban politics — and he lost.
That loss is why Electbase exists.
Running for office taught Robb what most political tech companies never learn: what it actually feels like to be a first-time, down-ballot candidate. The hours you don't have. The vendors who don't call back. The website that eats your first month's fundraising before your first door knock. Electbase was built so Democratic candidates — especially in school board, city council, and legislative races — can get a professional digital presence in days, not weeks, and spend their energy where it belongs: with voters.
Robb brings 30 years of experience building and scaling technology-driven businesses in healthcare and IT, including two decades in telemedicine — an industry where getting complex operations right isn't optional. He's the founder of Yellowcross, a Scottsdale healthcare practice management firm, and BlueList.ai, an Arizona political data and intelligence company.
His public service runs deeper than one campaign. Robb is the former Board Chair of Disability Rights Arizona, the state's federally designated protection and advocacy organization for people with disabilities, and a longtime board member of the Scottsdale Unified School District Foundation, which supports students and teachers in the district he grew up in and graduated from. He and his wife raised their son in Scottsdale public schools, and it was his special education journey that first pulled Robb into advocacy — and eventually onto the ballot.
He didn't win his race. He's determined to help you win yours.
