Privacy Policy — Electbase

Where this applies

Electbase is launching soon. This policy covers the current electbase.com marketing and waitlist site — not the Electbase platform product itself, which will get its own, more detailed privacy policy (covering campaign accounts, donor/supporter data, and site content) before it launches.

Who we are

Electbase is built by BlueList AI LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. This policy applies to electbase.com and its subpages.

What we collect

Waitlist signups. If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide, the page you signed up from, and the time of signup. That's it — we don't ask for your name, phone number, or campaign details at this stage.
Template-gallery favorites. If you sign in on the template gallery to save favorites, we collect your email address (used for the passwordless sign-in link) and the list of templates you save. This data is used only to show you your own favorites; you can remove favorites at any time, and you can ask us to delete the account entirely at the contact address below.
Standard technical data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure (Google Firebase Hosting) automatically logs basic request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability. We don't currently run analytics or advertising tracking on this site — see our Cookie Policy Accessibility for the current state and what could change.
Cookies and local storage. We use your browser's local storage to remember your cookie-preference choice. Details in the Cookie Policy Accessibility.

How we use it

We use your email address to send you launch updates, early-access invitations, and occasional product news — nothing else. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. And Electbase never shows you ads or sells your attention — there is no advertising or retargeting on this site, ever.

How we store and share it

Waitlist signups are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), which is protected by access rules that only allow new entries to be created — not read, edited, or exported by site visitors. We don't share your information with third parties except the infrastructure providers who help us run this site (currently, Google Cloud / Firebase). We don't share it for their marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries until Electbase launches or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Once the product launches, we'll reach out with an option to convert your waitlist entry into an account or have it deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it entirely, at any time. Contact us and we'll take care of it.

Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes — like adding analytics or advertising — will also be reflected in the Cookie Policy Accessibility and the consent choices you're offered.
