What it is

Electbase is built so a campaign can launch its own site in an afternoon. But some campaigns don't have an afternoon — or a person to spend it. The candidate is working a full-time job, the manager is a spouse, and "set up the website" has been on the to-do list since the kickoff. Concierge setup exists for exactly that campaign: humans on the Electbase team build your site on the platform for you.

It starts with an intake call. We ask about your race, your story, your priorities, your photos, and what you need the site to do — raise money, recruit volunteers, or just make you look like the serious candidate you are. From there, our team designs and builds the site around you: your pages written and structured, your brand applied, your donation and signup forms wired, your disclaimers in place, your domain connected. When it's ready, you review it, we adjust, and we launch it.

Then you get the keys. This is the part that separates concierge setup from hiring a web shop: the finished site lives on the same platform and the same editor as every other Electbase site. There's no developer to call when you need to change a headline at 9pm — you open the editor and change it. The build is done for you; the site is never locked away from you.

How it works with your Electbase site

Concierge setup is your Electbase site — just built by us instead of by you. Everything the platform includes comes with it: the built-in compliance features, the analytics, the email & social tools, and every growth service on this page works with it afterward exactly as it would with a self-built site. If you later add managed media buying or managed email & social, those teams inherit a site that's already structured the way they need.

How pricing works

Concierge setup is a one-time build fee, paid once, on top of your regular platform plan. After the build, you pay only what any self-serve campaign pays — the concierge fee covers the build and handover, not an ongoing dependency on us. The full rate card publishes at launch.

Who delivers it

Concierge builds are done by the Electbase team — the people who make the platform. That's deliberate: nobody knows the blocks, the templates, and the compliance features better than the team that built them, so a concierge site uses the platform the way it's meant to be used, and the handover is taught by the people who wrote the editor.
