The terms that cover using electbase.com, ahead of the product's 2027 launch.

These terms cover the current electbase.com marketing and waitlist site only. When the Electbase platform itself launches, it will come with its own terms of service covering accounts, subscriptions, and published campaign sites.
Acceptance of these terms
By using electbase.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Electbase is a product of BlueList AI LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.
What this site is
This site describes the Electbase platform (launching 2027), publishes our Field Guide articles, and lets you join our waitlist. It's informational — it isn't the product itself, and nothing on it should be read as a binding offer of specific pricing, features, or a launch date.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves you a spot for launch updates and early-access consideration. It isn't a purchase, a contract for service, or a guarantee of access, pricing, or a specific launch date. See our Privacy Policy for what we do with your email address.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site to do anything unlawful, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to scrape or bulk-harvest content or data, or to submit false information through the waitlist form (including on behalf of someone else without their consent).
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, and Field Guide articles on this site belong to BlueList AI LLC unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to link to and quote our public content with attribution; please don't republish it wholesale without asking.
No professional or legal advice
Field Guide articles (like our disclaimer-rules guide) explain general concepts in plain language. They aren't legal, compliance, or campaign-finance advice, and shouldn't be relied on as a substitute for your own counsel.
Third-party links and tools
This site links to and references third-party tools and services (donation processors, other platforms we compare ourselves to, and similar). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly current — especially given the product itself is still pre-launch.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
