Cookie Policy
What we actually use today, the categories you control, and how to change your mind.
Effective July 1, 2026
What cookies are
Cookies (and similar tools like browser local storage) are small pieces of data a site stores in your browser. We use browser local storage, not a traditional cookie, to remember the choice you make below.
The categories, and what's actually on right now
- Essential (always on). Remembers your cookie-preference choice itself and keeps the waitlist form working. There's no toggle for this one — the site can't function without it.
- Functional (currently unused). Reserved for things like remembering display preferences. Nothing uses this category yet.
- Analytics (currently unused). Reserved for a future analytics tool, if we add one, to understand which pages and articles are useful. We don't run any analytics on this site today.
- Advertising (currently unused). Reserved for ad-partner pixels, if we ever add any. We don't run any advertising or retargeting on this site today.
As of this writing, the only thing actually stored is your consent choice itself. The other three categories exist so that if we ever do add analytics or advertising, your preference is already in place — we won't quietly start tracking without asking.
Manage your preferences
You can change your choice at any time.
You can also control cookies and local storage directly in your browser's privacy settings, though blocking essential storage may prevent the waitlist form from working correctly.
Third-party cookies
We don't currently embed any third-party trackers, ad pixels, or analytics scripts on this site. If that changes, this page and the Functional/Analytics/Advertising categories above will be updated to reflect it.
More information
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information we do collect (like waitlist email addresses).
