Good to know

Interim reports for a state legislative candidate (Utah Code 20A-11-305). The Convention Report is due 7 days before the candidate's party convention — April 18 for the major parties (Republican/Democratic/Constitution, conventions April 25); a Libertarian candidate's is earlier and an unaffiliated candidate files on the 4th Saturday in March. Statewide (constitutional-office) and State School Board candidates follow different schedules (the school-board schedule adds a May 15 report). Contributions within 30 days of a contested convention/primary/general are reported within 7 business days (event-driven).
