Who it's for

Some campaigns want the platform but not the workload. The candidate is on doors six nights a week, the manager is drowning in comms and compliance, and "update the website" keeps losing to everything with a harder deadline. War Room exists for that campaign: your site lives on Electbase, and Electbase staff run it.

What we run

Content, continuously. New endorsements posted the day they land, press hits added, bio and issues pages kept current — you send us the substance, we handle the site.

Events & volunteers. Your events calendar and volunteer signups stay current, so the site always reflects what the field operation is actually doing this week.

Integrations, set up and watched. We connect your tools — donation sync, NGP VAN, Action Network, Mobilize, email — and monitor them so a silently broken sync never costs you a week of signups.

Reporting you can read. Regular analytics reporting in plain campaign terms: what's converting, what's not, and what to do about it.

Compliance & accessibility review. Disclaimers, policies, and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility reviewed by us on an ongoing basis — the boring stuff that becomes very not-boring when it's wrong.

Election-night readiness. As election day approaches, your engagement includes blackout-window support: the site is watched, updates turn around fast, and nothing ships untested in the final stretch.

The SLA is the product

What separates a managed service from "a guy who does our website" is the service-level agreement. Every War Room engagement defines response times, update turnaround, and the blackout-window support that kicks in near election day — set per engagement, in writing, before we start.

How the commercial side works

War Room is quoted per engagement: the platform subscription plus a monthly service retainer, scoped by your campaign's size and how often things change. Your site runs on the same shared Electbase infrastructure as every self-serve plan, with the full top-tier feature set. No public price points — the quote fits the race.

Website operations, not marketing

War Room runs your website. If you're also looking for ads, fundraising, or press, those are the growth services delivered by BlueList — media buying, digital fundraising, earned media, and more. The two pair well and are engaged separately; a War Room site is already structured the way those teams need it.

Do I still get access to the editor?

Yes — it's your site. Most War Room campaigns never touch the editor because they don't have to, but you're never locked out of your own website.

How fast do updates happen?

Per the SLA we set at the start of your engagement — including faster turnaround and blackout-window support as election day approaches.

Is this the same as Concierge setup?

No. Concierge setup is a one-time build and handover — after it, you run the site. War Room is ongoing: we keep running the site for as long as you're engaged.

What if I want a fully custom design or my own infrastructure?

That's Statehouse — everything in War Room, plus a bespoke-designed site in your campaign's own dedicated Google Cloud account.
