Slate
A slate of candidates, one partner. Multi-campaign website management for the consultants, agencies, committees, and parties who run more than one race at a time.
Custom quote · Master Services Agreement · Pooled invoicing
Who it's for
If your job is running campaigns — plural — the self-serve plans stop fitting. A consultant with eight school-board clients doesn't want eight logins and eight invoices; a county party standing up sites for its whole slate doesn't want to re-enter its brand eight times. Slate is the partner account built for exactly that: every campaign you manage, under one roof, on one invoice.
What you get
Multi-campaign management. One partner account holds every campaign site you run. Switch between campaigns without switching accounts, see the whole slate's status at a glance, and onboard the next race in minutes instead of afternoons.
Volume pricing that rewards the slate. Pricing is per site with a ladder discount — the more campaigns you bring, the less each one costs. Everything pools into a single monthly invoice to your firm, not a stack of per-campaign card charges. Every engagement is quoted individually; book a call and tell us about your book of business.
The full platform, per site. Every site on a Slate account carries our top-tier feature set — the same features as Landslide, our highest self-serve plan: compliant disclaimers, accessibility built to WCAG 2.2 AA standards, the supporter database, the full integration directory, email & social tools, no ceilings. You self-manage the sites; your clients get the real thing, not a lite version.
White-labeling — permitted, with one hard condition
Slate partners may present the sites they manage under their own brand. The condition is simple and non-negotiable: the partner pays Electbase, on Electbase terms, for every campaign they manage on the platform. No mixed fleets, no side-hosting, no per-campaign carve-outs. If your name is on it and it runs on Electbase, it's on your Slate account.
The condition is enforced through the Master Services Agreement every Slate partnership starts with — and breaching it terminates white-label rights. We built this to be a real partnership, not a loophole: you get to be the hero to your clients, and we get a straight relationship with every partner.
How the commercial side works
Every Slate engagement is a custom quote scoped to the size and shape of your slate. Expect: an MSA up front, per-site pricing with the volume ladder applied, one pooled monthly invoice, and a preference for annual commitments. No public price points — the quote is the quote.
Do my campaigns' sites look like Electbase or like my agency?
Your call. White-label them under your brand (on the condition above), or run them plainly as Electbase sites — many partners do both across their slate.
Who manages the sites day to day?
You do — Slate is a self-managed partner program. If you'd rather have Electbase staff run a site, that's War Room, and it can sit alongside a Slate account.
What's the minimum slate size?
There's no hard minimum, but Slate makes economic sense from a few campaigns up — below that, individual self-serve plans are usually the better deal. We'll tell you honestly on the call.
Can a party committee use Slate?
Yes — state and county parties standing up sites for their candidates are exactly who this is for, alongside consultants and agencies.
