Every client's website. One account. One invoice.
You run campaigns — plural. Slate is the Electbase partner program for the consultants, agencies, and party committees who stand up websites for a whole slate at once: one login, pooled billing, volume pricing, your brand on the front, and compliance handled on every site.
Volume ladder · Pooled invoice · White-label permitted · Apply below
The problem Slate was built for
Eight school-board clients means eight logins, eight invoices on eight cards, re-entering your brand eight times, and eight “Paid for by” lines that differ by state and office. The self-serve plans are built for one campaign at a time. Slate is built for the person running all eight.
What a Slate account gives you
One account, every campaign. Switch between client sites without switching logins. Give each client's staff a seat scoped to their own campaign, so a treasurer in one race never sees another race's supporter list.
One pooled invoice, with the volume ladder applied. Each site is billed at the list price of its tier, less 10% at 3–5 sites, 15% at 6–10, and 20% at 11 or more, on a single monthly invoice to your firm. A campaign that hibernates after its election drops off the invoice automatically.
The full platform, per site. Every site on a Slate account carries the top-tier feature set — the same features as Landslide: full site, custom domain with SSL, unlimited contacts and seats, the whole integration directory, campaign finance tools, the Spanish site, brand and voice guides.
Compliance you don't have to staff. The “Paid for by” disclaimer is generated from each committee's own details and placed on every page; WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility is checked at every publish; the filing-deadline calendar and reminders run for every state your slate touches. Your junior staff can publish a client site without a compliance review on your side.
White-label under your brand. Present the sites as your agency's work, on one hard condition: the partner pays Electbase, on Electbase terms, for every campaign it manages on the platform. No mixed fleets, no side-hosting, no per-campaign carve-outs.
Your clients can leave with their site. When an engagement ends, a campaign's site and supporter list transfer to the committee's own account on request. You keep the relationship because you earned it, not because the data is stuck.
How the commercial side works
Slate is quoted per engagement and starts with a Master Services Agreement. Expect: per-site pricing at the list price of each site's tier with the ladder above, one pooled monthly invoice, month-to-month billing with a six-month minimum, white-label rights under the condition above, and a channel-protection clause — Electbase does not solicit a partner's committees during the term or for six months after it. There is no application fee and no minimum slate size, though Slate makes economic sense from about three campaigns up; below that, the self-serve plans are usually the better deal and we will say so on the call.
How it works
- Apply below. Two minutes: who you are, how many campaigns, which states, when.
- A call with the team. We walk your slate, confirm fit, and come back with the quote and the MSA.
- Sign and onboard. Your partner account is created, your brand and voice guide are set once, and your first client sites are generated from their committee details.
- Add the next race in minutes. Every new client starts from your brand, your templates, and a compliance gate that is already on.
Who can be on a slate?
The same campaigns the self-serve plans serve: Democratic candidates from school board to Congress, nonpartisan and local races, party committees, PACs, and issue campaigns. A county party standing up sites for its endorsed candidates is a slate.
Do you talk to my clients?
Not without you. The MSA's channel-protection clause means Electbase does not solicit a partner's committees during the term or for six months after it. Support requests from your clients go through you unless you ask us to take them directly.
Can I keep my own brand on the sites?
Yes, on the condition above: every campaign you manage on the platform is on your Slate account, paid on Electbase terms. Breaching that ends white-label rights.
What if I want Electbase staff to run a site?
That is War Room, and it can sit alongside a Slate account for the client that needs it.
Is there a referral option if I don't want to hold the billing?
Not yet. Today the partner program is Slate, where the partner pays and the discount is on what the partner pays. Tell us on the form if a referral arrangement is what you need — it shapes what we build next.
